Dr. Mohammad Ahangarzadeh Rezaei

The 30th of Farvardin every year is an excuse to protect the great position of the great Iranian physician and researcher Hakim Seyed Ismail Jorjani. Extensive research and valuable writings of this wise sage on blood and body fluids in order to diagnose various diseases, has led to the anniversary of his birth in the Iranian calendar to be dedicated to the day of the laboratory and the celebration of laboratory technicians.
Undoubtedly, the caring specialists and staff of medical diagnostic laboratories with different specializations and orientations play a key role in completing the treatment cycle and accurate and rapid diagnosis of diseases. As everyone acknowledges, the irreplaceable role of the laboratory community and the scientific and practical values ​​of this educated class have become even more apparent in the last two years as the world has been plunged into a crisis of coronary heart disease and a difficult response to the virus. Therefore, Laboratories Day is a day of appreciation for specialized and unpretentious people who, along with other factors of the health system, but anonymously and sincerely sacrifice themselves and work without any consideration to serve patients and improve the health of society.
While appreciating the efforts of all dear ones, I congratulate the day of the laboratory to all the respected professors and the community of laboratory scientists who work in the fields of diagnosis, treatment or education of students, and I wish everyone good health and increasing success from God Almighty.
